Expanding Freight Service On Rosyth Zeebrugge Route

To Increase Freight Capacity:

To expand its freight service on the Rosyth-Zeebrugge route, DFDS Seaways has taken initiative to improve its freight capacity by starting a two-ship operation from the 15th December 2010. As announced off late, the route will no longer continue to operate as a scotland ferrycombined passenger and freight service following a withdrawal of the passenger service from this date.

Booking Available On Scottish Viking Up To December:

However, DFDS Seaways along with Norfolkline will continue to offer three sailings a week between Rosyth-Zeebrugge on the Scottish Viking up to at least 15th December 2010. Booking is still available on this route for travelling up to 15 December 2010, but for any bookings made after that date, the passenger will be contacted shortly and refunded. For travelling from 15th December onwards, the passengers can choose the alternative ferry service with the Newcastle Amsterdam ferry crossings operated by DFDS Seaways.
